Please note: Peak times include Public Holidays/Long Weekends & School Holidays. High peak times include Easter, Christmas and New Year. Our prices are matched to the premium level of service and the special care that we provide to your pet. Rates are charged per calendar day, excluding our overnight stay service.

Please be advised as of the 1^st October 2020 our prices will increase for the following holiday periods: Christmas, New Year and Easter. This increase is due to our internal procedures and policies being changed and improved. To compensate our customers in regarding this increase, we have reduced the minimum stay requirements around these periods.

• Easter minimum stay reduced from 5 days to 3 days for any booking between Thursday and Tuesday of the Easter Holiday period.
• Christmas & New Year minimum stay reduced from 10 days to 5 days for any booking between the 21^st December and the 5^th January of the Christmas/New Year Holiday period

Please also be advised, as of the 5th January 2021, our boarding prices will increase for both cats and dogs in off-peak and on-peak periods. This increase is due to increase costs of operational costs and the recent industry wage increase. We have attempted to keep this increase as minimal as possible for our valued clients.
