What else do I need to know?
For your pet(s) to remain eligible for our overnight stay program, they are required to arrive at our facility between 5pm and 6pm and then collected between 8am and 9am the following day. If you need to have your pet arrive at our facility before 5pm and/or you are unable to collect them before 9am, they would fall under our normal daily services, which is charged per pet, per calendar day.
Please also provide your pet’s full vaccination records to our reception team on your initial booking.
