Last Sunday we hosted our very first charity event, West Coasts Christmas in July Charity Walk; Proudly Supporting Guide Dogs WA, and it was a great success. We raised a total of $950.99 for Guide Dogs WA!

The weather was lovely for a winter’s day, the sun was shining and the walking trails were nice and green from the recent rain.
Once everyone was checked in we headed out for our main part of the event, the walk, where everyone was able enjoy the lovely scenery of Lake Adams trails at their own pace while guided by our volunteers. The walk took about an hour to complete, on return everyone relaxed while enjoying our free sausage sizzle and drinks.
During our sausage sizzle we had meet and greet with Guide Dog Gidgee and Handler Jessica, meet and greet with Anja from InTouch Bowen and a chat to our Trainers.
Photos of the day are available to be view on our Facebook page.
We would like to thank all those who attended and contributed to our fundraiser charity walk for Guide Dogs WA. We are looking forward to see you all next time.
Also a special thank you to our volunteers for the day, you are fantastic and made this event happen.
