Built for privacy and security, your cat will love a holiday in our Deluxe Suites or Standard Condo's, large enough to allow plenty of movement, yet small enough for your cat to feel safe and secure away from home. Solid walls and doors mean your cat does not have to see his/her neighbours, air flowing into each room room separately and then back outside means your cat does not even have to smell his/her nieghbours, making for a relaxed, private room. With two accommodation options, Cuddletimes, Treats and Brush-outs, your cat is sure to find our service and facilities second to none. All rooms include scratching posts (recently upgraded) for isometric exercise routines and comfortable VetBed Gold bedding for whiling away the day in sleep, as well as various shelf levels and our Deluxe Suites even have TV's in each room.

The one thing that surprises and amazes alot of clients and visitors to our facility is the number of cats in our Deluxe Suites that sit at the window and watch our arrivals and departures. No matter how boisterous the dogs, or how many kids run towars the windows, the cats just sit there relaxed and watch it all happen knowing they are safe in their rooms behind the pond and window. Our pond is full of colourful, large koi and vivacious frogs to keep your cat amused all day, it even extends to flow behind the cat hotel so all our feline friends can watch the koi during their cuddletimes.

Our outside, fully secure climbing gyms will allow your feline friend to really stretch those muscles and have the complete, undivided attention of our, or should I say, their staff during cuddletimes. For cats in need of regular coat care we will be happy to give them a brushout during this time, given, of course, that your cat is happy to be brushed.

For the dessert connoisseurs we also have available Paws Creams, flavoured yoghurt ice creams and Yummy Tummies, whole prawns to enjoy after a busy day keeping a careful eye on our staff and ensuring all their needs and desires are met.

All our holiday makers enjoy Royal Canin biscuits while they are with us, however, if your feline friend has special dietary requirements we are happy for you to bring in their own food and manage it according to your instructions.

We understand that some felines require a little or a lot of additional TLC due to age, illness or injury, therefore we have Special Care and Intensive Care programs available for these cats. All felines on our Special and Intensive Care programs receive preferential accommodations, additional checks throughout the day where we get them up and moving and ensure they are getting enough exercise, toilet time, food and water. Our Intensive Care program also includes the administration of up to five medication doses/applications and cats are cared for exclusively by our senior staff members only, this program is perfect for diabetics, cats that have recently undergone major surgery or that are finding it's getting harder to move on their own.
