The ultimate canine holiday experience in WA's Leading Pet Hotel No matter how your dog behaves, or what their activity level is, we have the perfect holiday activities for them, let's face it, what would a holiday be without holiday activities. For the dessert connoisseurs we have Paws Creams, tasty flavoured yoghurt "ice cream", fantastic for cooling down after a hard days play; and Yummy Tummies, toys filled with our special recipe, for some added mental stimulation and a jaw workout in the comfort of their room. Ball chasers and belly scratchers will love our playtimes. Dogs will spend twenty minutes in our exercise areas (outside grassed areas in good weather, inside yards when raining or extremely hot) one, two or three times each day, spending quality time with our staff, relaxing in the sun, getting belly rubs, playing with our range of Aussie Dog toys or socialising with other holiday makers around their size and activity level (eg: young, energetic dogs together; older, more relaxed dogs together). For dogs that enjoy getting "out and about" we have hikes around our local bridle trails. Your dog, or family of dogs, will enjoy the exclusive attention of our staff during their thirty minute hike and can be taken out up to twice per day. During this time your dog will walk as far as he/she is able to, so if your dog walks at a sedate pace due to age or injury, or a desire to smell everything, our staff will go on a slow, meandering walk and if your dog likes to race around ata thousand miles per hour they will get to travel more ground and see more sights during their walk. Our staff will ensure that all dogs walk at their own pace to get the most out of their country hike. For dogs that are unable to walk off property, bitches in season, old/injured dogs that may struggle, etc, we can walk them around our secure training area instead. Some dogs require a brush up of skills and manners and our trainers will be happy to design a training program exclusively for you and your canine companion, from one week Puppy Primary® Academy Training for young dogs (under seven months of age), to our Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Academy for the older canines. Our DoggieWould® trainers are qualified and experienced to handle all types of dogs and behaviours, from teaching basic obedience and good manners to behavioural rehabilitation work for low confidence dogs or dogs that have had unpleasant experiences and are behaving inappropriately now. Our dog hotels have been designed and built using the latest innovations in design and safety sourced globally. All our dog hotels are fully air-conditioned, with the temperature set to around 20-22°C and have a complete air exchange every three minutes. Our newer hotel also has in-floor heating for the chilly winter months that keeps the floor at a comfortable temperature to relax on, fantastic for dogs without much coat of their own. Each room has an automatically filling water bowl to ensure your dog never runs out, no matter how thirsty he/she is and a platform bed with a VetBed blanket to curl up on at night, or after a hard play session! All our holiday makers enjoy Royal Canin biscuits while they are with us, however, if your canine has special dietary requirements we are happy for you to bring in their own food and manage it according to your instructions. We understand that some canines require a little or a lot of additional TLC Due to age, illness or injury, therefore we have Special Care and Intensive Care programs available for these dogs. All canines in our Special and Intensive Care programs receive preferential rooms, comfortable bedding, matting on the floor to make it easier to rise and additional checks throughout the day where we get them up and moving and ensure they are getting enough toilet time, food and water. Our Intensive Care program also includes teh administration of up to five medication doses/applications and pets are cared for exclusively by our senior staff members only, this program is perfect for diabetics, dogs that have recently undergone major surgery or that are findign it's getting harder to move around on their own. Things that you need to remember when boarding your Canine Companion include: current vaccination certificate, any medications your pet may need during his holiday, special diet (either supplied or requested) and an extra special hug when he comes home!
